Roasted Garlic Chicken

I am limited on my diet due to food allergies and then have a 2 year old who is beyond picky and this is one of those that work for both my allergies and her picky habits!!! We looooove the, what we call, gravy chicken.

The garlic sauce was very diappointing. Other Sauces from Kevin's are very good so I was expecting something delicious. Not for me.

After raving about the Beef Stroganoff, this dish missed the mark by a bit. The cooking instructions were inaccurate as the chicken did not brown quickly and I did mashed potatoes on the side although I think cauliflower pasta would have been better. Off the menu for now.

We were disappointed with the sauce, definitely not vibrant; would call it bland. The color of the sauce didn't even match the picture on the package: it was a pale beige. We were able to salvage it by adding capers and serving over a noodle package that had sufficient flavors.

This is the first time For all the hype on the box it’s pretty disappointing. The cream sauce is described as “vibrant.” I’d call it mediocre. The chicken was good. I ended up adding more spices to liven it up.
I must say the ingredient list is refreshing in that everything is normal stuff and understandable. I don’t know if I’d buy this again or not. But I’ll probably try the others varieties at some point but dial down my expectations.

So delicious & easy for a quick weeknight meal. We sauteed 8 oz. sliced mushrooms & added steamed broccoli to the pan with the garlic chicken. YUM! A complete meal that took less than 10 minutes to make.

This is my fav! I I serve roasted garlic chicken with cauliflower rice and a vegetable, what a great meal!

Easy to make, tasty to eat. I froze the package after getting home with because I didn't know when I'd make it. It froze really well and defrosted well in the fridge. I had some leftover rotini and poured it over those and it was fabulous!

I love to meal prep for my lunch during the week and I must say, these entrees are absolutely delicious. I was skeptical at first because I usually just cook chicken during the week, but now I don't have to spend as much time preparing my lunches. I plan on trying every single one of these. I was going to snap a picture, but the chicken smelled so good, I just dived right it! Maybe next time!
