Collaborative Planning Forecasting & Replenishment Analyst
This critical role within Kevin's Natural Foods' Supply Chain team is designed to provide analytical support and drive improvements in required customer metrics, including On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) delivery, cost management, and inventory optimization. Working cross-functionally with KNF internal teams, this position supports our customer base across multiple channels. You will partner with the sales team to deliver on our commitments to key customers. The role will play a key part in executing new item launches, managing assortment strategies, and ensuring smooth communication between Kevin's and customer teams.

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Develop and manage replenishment plans aligned with customer demand and internal sales forecasts. Utilize customer-specific replenishment systems to optimize inventory and ensure timely product availability.
  • Develop and implement analytics and reporting to measure and improve service levels, ensuring excellence in metrics like OTIF, customer satisfaction, and product availability.
  • Deliver in-depth analysis and reports that support customer team objectives around growth, service, and operational excellence
  • Act as a proactive contact for sales teams to address service needs, forecast adjustments, and inventory inquiries.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts that enhance customer interactions and overall service levels.
  • Develop plans for managing inventory flow and service levels, identifying potential risks and proactively resolving issues to support excellent customer experience.
  • Support the setup and execution of new items and displays, ensuring alignment between replenishment needs and sales strategies.
  • Oversee purchase orders and manage core KPIs such as upstream inventory levels, service level, on-time delivery, and aged inventory.
  • Support store-level, sales-based forecasting using a variety of forecasting tools and systems.
  • Develop and execute scenario planning for events, identifying potential stock and service risks based on inventory flow, supplier capabilities, and merchandising plans.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure strong business relationships with customers
  • Be the central point of contact for all cross-functional teams concerning customer demand needs

What You’ll Need:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in areas such as production scheduling, inventory control, transportation, or supply/operations planning.
  • Strong ability to build effective relationships both within the company and with external customers.
  • High level of detail orientation, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in delivering clear, concise reports and presentations.
  • Technical proficiency with SAP and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced Excel skillset
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on effective process management and optimization.

Accounts Receivable Clerk
As the Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for the research and investigation of accounts receivable adjustments and, collections activities. You will also work directly with customer portals to file disputes and follow-up on past due accounts. You will work closely with the sales team and other related departments and provide prompt and courteous follow up to client inquiries.

What You’ll Do:

· Research accounts receivable deductions for accuracy and adherence to customer agreements.

· Perform accounts receivable collection activities, including submitting disputes via customer portals and following up on past due invoices.

· Prepare and maintain deposit support packages

· Apply company credit limit policy to existing and new customer accounts.

· Check credit references as needed.

· Respond to client inquiries via customer portals, phone and email regarding account or billing issues.

· Auditing clients’ accounts to ensure accuracy of their invoices.

· Other duties as assigned and necessary.

What You’ll Need:

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accounts receivable or a collections role.

· High School Diploma required, Bachelors Degree preferred.

· Microsoft XP, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, computer data processing and reporting, typing 40+ wpm.

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong attention to detail and high accuracy level.

· Computer proficiency on MS Office products and ERP/FreshByte a plus.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to apply tact and diplomacy.

· Strong motivation and team orientation.

· Grocery or food manufacturing experience a plus

Process Engineer

The Process Engineer is responsible for leading loss elimination within a site and is critical to supporting all continuous improvement activities. The Process Engineer is expected to develop the operating teams’ technical understanding and mastery of process control, problem solving and owns integrity of data systems and leads process definition to identify document standards. They also analyze line data to identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities, lead root cause problem solving efforts on key chronic losses for their area of responsibility, and coach teams on problem solving skills. Process engineers must effectively facilitate team meetings; communicate issues within an area and across shifts, and follow-up on actions.   

What You’ll Do:  

  • Provides performance data for selected machines and communicates action plans and completed work effectively. 
  • Facilitates and owns the Line Loss Analysis.  Gather, interpret, and report data on problem issues.  Maintain trend analysis. 
  • Leads root cause problem solving efforts on losses for the line/department. Uses appropriate problem-solving tools (basic and advanced) as needed. 
  • Collaborates with line associates and technical group on improvement recommendations. 
  • Provides regular, ongoing communication with line associates and line managers on status of identified losses and improvement activities. 
  • Participate and implement continuous improvement programs to improve quality, lead-time, and reduce costs. 
  • Participate in continuous improvement programs and activities, develop, and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality or service. 
  • Extensive experience in Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations and issues.

What You’ll Need:  

Minimum:   

  • Associate degree in engineering, Supply, Business, or technical field of study with at least 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment 

OR  

  • 4 years’ experience in manufacturing, preferably at a CPG company. 

Preferred:   

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply, Business, or technical field of study 
  • Demonstrated excellent mechanical/technical aptitude. 
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

As a Safety Technician at Kevin's Natural Foods, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment across our production facilities. You will be responsible for conducting safety audits, implementing safety programs, training staff, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations. Innovation Manager

We are seeking a creative and strategic Innovation Manager to join our Marketing team. This role is integral to driving our company’s growth by leading the development of the innovation pipeline, creating both new product concepts and building on our current platforms, while collaborating closely with the marketing, sales and R&D teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CPG and/or Food, and a passion for innovation. 

What You’ll Do:  

  • Manage the development and implementation of innovation strategies that feed into long-range and annual plans for assigned categories, aligning with overall enterprise goals. 
  • Lead the development and execution of product and packaging innovation initiatives, including concept development, category and competitive assessments, feasibility, product and packaging exploration, consumer and sensory validation, size of prize assessment, customer sell-in, and tracking of in-market performance. 
  • Identify growth opportunities by leveraging syndicated research, trend data, primary market research, and competitive intelligence. 
  • Develop meaningful consumer concepts and positioning for innovation ideas that add value in the category and effectively communicate product benefits to consumers. 
  • Collaborate with finance partners to develop Innovation product P&Ls and pricing strategies that meet brand objectives. 
  • Act as the project lead and a liaison with other cross-functional partners to ensure that the innovation initiatives progress toward launch and receive the necessary resources and support. 
  • Work collaboratively with consumer insights, R&D, and culinary teams to identify and build exploration areas, build research and development plans, and solve business challenges.  
  • Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to understand and integrate customer strategies into the innovation pipeline.

What You’ll Need:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
