3 cups of brussel sprouts, thoroughly washed and cut in half vertically
Favorite oil
Salt and pepper

Prepare your chicken for cooking by gently massaging the package and separating the chicken into strips. Open the bag and drain the natural broth. Set aside.

Trim and Cut your brussel sprouts after thoroughly washing them. Cut the hard ends off, remove yellow/wilted outer leaves, then cut in half vertically
When choosing brussel sprouts, look for the smaller and brighter green ones, they tend to be a lot sweeter

Get a cast iron or any heavy duty pan, on medium heat with your favorite oil and seasonings, saute your brussel sprouts for about 10 min. Finish it off at a higher heat to crisp and brown further for about 5 min.
In a rush? Crank the heat up to medium-high and cook for 10 min the whole time to save 5 more min

When your brussel sprouts are done, move them to a serving dish and season with salt and pepper to taste, finish it off with an acid: lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, etc.
Brussel sprouts are really versatile, try seasoning with an Asian blend, adding parmesan, or herbs. It tastes great all ways!

Take the same pan and cook your chicken according to the packages directions, once done; serve immediately and enjoy!
