Flatbread or naan bread of choice
Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
Yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
Green onion, chopped
Shallot, chopped

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Cook Kevin's Thai Coconut Chicken according to stovetop instructions.

Warm your flatbread through in the oven for 5-10 minutes, or according to package instructions.

Spoon on the saucy Thai Coconut Chicken onto the warm flatbread.

Top with red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green onion, shallot, radish, and cilantro.
