Ingredients
2 TBSP Kevin’s Natural Foods Teriyaki Sauce
16 OZ Whole Brussels Sprouts (thoroughly washed)
½ Red Onion
¼ TSP Salt
4 Corn Tortillas
2 TBSP Avocado Oil

Chop the stems off of the brussels sprouts and discard. Slice in half lengthwise.

Peel the skin off of the red onion and cut off the root. Cut the onion vertically into slices.

Heat a 12” pan on the stove at a medium-high heat. Let the pan heat up for 1-minute.

Pour the avocado oil in the pan and let it heat up for 30-seconds.

Add all of the halved brussels sprouts, salt and stir. Let cook for 5-minutes, stirring occasionally to not burn.

After the 5-minutes, add Teriyaki Sauce and red onion slices and stir.

Turn off the heat.

Serve in warm corn tortillas. Enjoy!
