Red Curry Chicken Pad Thai

This dish combines the aromatic spices of red curry tossed with tender rice noodles, veggies, and chicken! Ditch the takeout and make it at home for an easy dinner.

Kevin's Thai Red Curry Sauce

Ingredients


1 pouch of Kevin’s Natural Foods Red Curry Sauce
1 lb chicken boneless skinless, cut into thin strips
1 bell pepper red, thinly sliced
2 tablespoon garlic, minced, optional
1 tsp ginger, minced, optional
1 tbsp green onion, sliced
1 handful bean sprouts
4 ounces brown rice pad Thai noodles
Fresh cilantro and lime, for garnish

Instructions

    Cook the pad Thai noodles according to package instructions.

    In a large skillet, add olive oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side.

    Add the sauce, followed by the bell pepper strips and garlic. Cook for about 1 minute.

    Add the noodles, and reduce the heat. Close the lid and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Garnish with lime wedges and sesame seeds.
