Kevin's Natural Foods Lemongrass Chicken
2 tbsp of cooking oil
8-10 Rice paper wraps
1 small avocado, sliced
1 jalapeño, sliced in rounds
Sesame seeds

In a large pan over high heat, heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil.

Cook Kevin's Lemongrass Chicken according to stove top instructions. Set aside.

Dip a sheet of rice paper in water for a few seconds then place on cutting board.

Place two slices of jalapeño in the middle of the rice paper wrap, then top with an avocado slice and a piece of the Lemongrass Chicken.

Top the chicken with sesame seeds then tightly fold the rice paper on every side until fully wrapped together.

Head 1 tbsp of oil in a pan.

Once the oil is hot, sear the rice paper bites on each side for 2 minutes or until crispy.

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
