Ingredients
1 pouch of Kevin’s Natural Foods Honey Garlic Sauce
1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
White or cauliflower rice, according to package instructions
For garnish: oregano and honey

Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Pat dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss the chicken in cornstarch and coat well.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil. Cook chicken for 8-10 minutes.

Add the sauce to the pan and toss to combine.

Serve over white rice and garnish with oregano and honey.
