Hawaiian Chicken with Mango Salsa

Hawaiian Chicken paired with a bright, fresh mango salsa. This dish is bursting with flavor!

Kevin's Natural Foods Hawaiian-Style Chicken
Rice of choice
¼ cup peas
1 mango, diced
1 tomato, diced
½ red onion, diced
½ jalapeno, diced
1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
1 lime, juiced
Lime wedges, for garnish
Green onion, for garnish

Instructions

    Cook Kevin’s Hawaiian Chicken according to stove top instructions. Set aside.

    Cook rice of choice according to package instructions and add peas to warm rice.

    Chop your mango, tomato, red onion, jalapeno, and cilantro. Squeeze lime over the salsa and season to taste.

    Plate rice, Hawaiian Chicken, and salsa in a bowl.

    Top with green onions and lime wedges.
