Purchase 1 LB of shrimp that is peeled and deveined, 21 or larger.
Shrimp is measured by how many come in a pound. For example, 16/20 would be 16-20 shrimps in 1 LB. For this recipe, we recommend no more than 25 pieces per LB.

Thaw your shrimp and then pat dry with a paper towel. While shrimp is thawing, soak the wooden skewers in water.

Add 1/2 of Kevin's Cilantro Lime Sauce to bowl. Lightly season both sides of the shrimp with salt and pepper and then toss shrimp in the sauce.

Preheat your grill for 5-10 minutes on MEDIUM-HIGH. While the grill is getting hot, thread 4 shrimps onto each of your skewers.

Put the shrimp on the barbie and grill for 2-4 minutes on each side, until the shrimp turns pink.
If you don’t have skewers, you can always put them directly on the grill. Just be careful and make sure they don’t fall through the grates. :)

Heat the remaining sauce in a small pan on MEDIUM until the sauce simmers. Spoon the remaining sauce over the shrimp and serve.
