Grain-Free Orange Chicken Bowl

A light, healthy meal that tastes better than take out. Easy Orange Chicken packed with tons of vegetables. This meal is quick and easy for dinner and is great for leftovers. It’s also gluten-free!

Ingredients


Kevin's Natural Foods Orange Chicken
1 12 oz bag frozen cauliflower rice
½ pound of green beans
2 radishes, sliced
Green onion, chopped
Sesame seeds

Instructions

    Cook Kevin's Orange Chicken according to stove top instructions. Set aside.

    In a large pan over high heat, heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil.

    Add in the green bean and saute them until charred. About 3-5 minutes. Season with salt.

    Once the green beans are charred, set them aside.

    In the same pan add cauliflower rice to the pan. Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes.

    Slice radishes and chop green onion for garnish.

    Plate the rice and add charred green beans.

    Add Kevin’s Orange Chicken and top with sliced radishes and green onion.

    Garnish with sesame seeds.
