Ingredients
Kevin's Natural Foods Ginger Beef
1 TBSP preferred cooking oil
2 heads of baby bok choy or 1 large bok choy, chop into 1/2-inch wide strips
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1/2 TBSP fresh lime juice
1/4 cup chopped scallions
Garnish: Lime Slices

Break beef strips apart by massaging the pouch before opening. Cut open pouch, thoroughly drain beef broth, and discard. Cut larger pieces of beef into strips.

Heat skillet, over HIGH until extremely hot. Add 1 TBSP of your preferred cooking oil.

Add beef to hot oil and sear on the first side until darker brown, about 1 minute. Turn beef over, and scoot to the cooler section of the skillet. Quickly add chopped bok choy and red pepper strips, and move to the hottest area of the skillet. Stir-fry, frequently stir and turn beef and vegetables for 1 minute.

Add Kevin’s Ginger sauce, lime juice, and scallions. Reduce heat to LOW, and simmer for 30 seconds, stir beef and vegetables to coat with sauce.

To serve: Arrange Ginger-style Beef and Bok Choy Stir-Fry with lime slices.

Additional ways to finish this dish: Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, add a splash of sriracha sauce, or top with cilantro sprigs or basil leaves. Veggie Substitutes: Asparagus or Broccoli are delicious with Kevin’s Ginger Style Beef!
