Ingredients
16oz. Kevin’s Natural Foods Cilantro Lime Chicken
1 tbsp. Avocado Oil
8 Corn Tortillas, warmed
1-2 large Tomatoes, finely chopped
½ Red Onion, finely chopped
¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 Lime
1 Jalapeno, de-seeded and chopped
Salt & Black Pepper
Guacamole, for serving

To Make the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium high heat, add the olive oil.

Drain the chicken package and add to the hot skillet. Sear the chicken 2-3 minutes on each side.

Add the cilantro lime sauce and simmer the chicken for 3-4 minutes in the sauce.

Remove the chicken to a plate to chop into small pieces.

To Make the Pico de Gallo: Combine the finely chopped tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, and lime juice together in a large bowl. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

To Assemble: Layer the warmed tortillas with the chopped cilantro lime chicken, pico de gallo, and guacamole to enjoy!
