Ingredients
Kevin’s Natural Foods Chicken Penne Alla Vodka
1 tbsp of preferred cooking oil
1 1/2 cups cauliflower florets
1/2 cup sliced, sweet mini peppers, seeds removed
2 green onions, sliced
zest from 1/2 a lemon
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
1 tbsp minced parsley
2 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese

Heat skillet over MEDIUM for 1 minute and add cooking oil. Add cauliflower, mini peppers, and green onions and cook for 2 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender crisp.

Massage chicken in the pouch then snip the corner and drain. Remove chicken from the pouch and break or cut in bite size pieces.

Scoot the vegetables to one side of the skillet. Add Sous Vide Chicken and cook for 1 minute over medium heat, stirring in the vegetables.

Add the Alla Vodka Sauce to the chicken and vegetables, and stir in lemon zest and lemon juice. Cook for 1 minute over MEDIUM then turn to LOW. Add the Cauliflower Penne, and gently fold until well coated.

Fold in the tomatoes and 1/2 TBSP parsley, and heat for 30 seconds. Spoon into individual bowls or a large serving bowl. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and the remaining parsley.
