1¼ LBS Steak (New York or Sirloin)

4 Garlic Cloves
2 TBSP Ghee

Green Onions, for garnish
Instructions
-
1
Let’s start with the cauli mash! First, preheat your oven to 450°F, and cut the cauliflower into bite-size florets. Toss the florets with cooking oil, garlic, and salt and pepper.
-
2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (to help with cleanup!) and place the florets onto the baking sheet. Roast the cauliflower for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and tender.
-
3
Mash your cauliflower, lemon juice, and 1 TBSP of Ghee in a large mixing bowl or use a food processor. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
-
4
Now onto the main event: Beef Tikka Masala! Dice your steak into ~1/2 inch cubes.
-
5
Next, get your pan hot! Preheat your pan on HIGH for 1 minute and then add 1 TBSP of Ghee (or your favorite cooking oil). Add your steak cubes to your pan and season with salt and pepper. Brown for 3-4 minutes.

Take trimmed green beans and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Reduce the heat to MEDIUM and add your green beans. Cook for 2 minutes, and then add Kevin’s Tikka Masala Sauce. Let everything simmer together for 1 minute, or until the meat is tender.
