Ingredients
Kevin’s Natural Foods Teriyaki Chicken
1 lb bacon
20 oz canned pineapple chunks
Scallions, for garnish
Toothpicks
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F.

Heat the skillet on HIGH for one minute. Add 2 TBSP of olive oil.

Drain and separate Kevin’s Sous-Vide chicken. Add to the skillet and sear on each side for 2 minutes.

Add Kevin’s Teriyaki sauce to the skillet and bring to a simmer.

Cut slices of bacon in half.

Wrap each piece of chicken in slice of bacon.

Push the toothpick through the chicken and then add pineapple chunk.

Place the toothpicks on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray and bake for 20 minutes.

Garnish with scallions
